Network Social Problem: Analysis And Control

In the subject of sociology research,the research of social problem is an important content.Along with the rapid development of Computers and Internet technology,they are not only provide great convenience to mankind,but also to human society,politics,economy and many aspects of cultural life has brought great impact and negative effects,and thus bring a new kind of social problem:the network social problem.Network social problem exists every corner of the world,and it becomes a cosmopolitan difficulty because of its complexity and diversity of characteristics.Particularly in China which experiencing the period of transition,if we can't solve this new social problem,on the contrary,but allow it to spread,there will be not only bring obstacles for the development of network technology itself,but also bring huge harm which including physical psychological to thousands of Internet users.It will undermine the normal function of the social order,and farther serious affect the development of our country which including political,economic and cultural parts and so on.Therefore,there will have an important theoretical and practical significance by our current analysis of the network social problem.This article would like to try in a sociological perspective,with the Marxist theory and the theory of previous sociological theory as a guidance,based on the comprehensive survey of domestic and foreign network society actuality,through analyses the type of network social problems,the character, the root causes,possible consequences,solving the problem whether or not and how to solve to being expound.At last,we'll seek effective and appropriate control methods adapted our national conditions.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part mainly describes the network society and network social problem connotations.This section focuses on the definition of the concept of network society,the pros and cons of the rise,as well as the network social problem constitution.Then,there will be a first, general knowledge and understanding about the paper so that continue the next work of the article.The second part mainly resolves from the two basic types of network social problem and the characters.This section is the key part of the paper. With the rapid development of Internet,various dazzle variety network social problems had appearred and reveals some unique features of its own.After understanding the types and features,it is necessary to explain the causes.The third part mostly analyze the causes of network social problem.The article will focus on social causes, psychological factors,cultural factors and the deficiencies of network society itself to better understand the deep causes of network social problem and the rapid spread of roots.Through analysed the foregoing about the network social problem,we can clearly recognize that a variety of network social problems more or less bring a variety of negative adverse effect for human society and the general Internet users, and with the rapid development of Internet technology and the popularization and promotion of computer networks,network social problems also showed some new trends.Article IV will both analyze the negative effects and trends from four aspects.The fifth part is the last part of this paper.This part is also the main part of the article.At First,the peper will explain the experience of the measure and control about the network social problem on Europe,America,Japan and South Korea and other developed countries,and advance some specific prevention and control means to the network social problem which based on our country-specific national conditions.Then,we'll elicit a conclusion:control and resolution of network social problem is a long way to go and needs to every countries,organizations and all the people around the world contribute their efforts.This paper studies with the literature analysis methods.Based on a large number of foreign scholars refer to the network society,especially much reseach of the network social problem,including books and journals and so on.In these studies,many scholars would like to study from a certain part of the research about network social problem and rare study their own research based on others.That based on the global angle to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the problem is still relatively little research.The paper will research from the concept of network society,then analyse and discuss the emergence of new problems that based on status of the network society as a whole.
