The deepening integration of information technology and basic education curriculum in network environment plays an important role in the elementary school curriculum evaluation, not only in the technology and medium, but also in the dimensionality, model and tactics of the evaluation. The Shandong Province department of education project"Research on the Exploitation and Application of the Web-based Intellectualized Diagnose and Hoisting System on Elementary School", with the purpose of developing an evaluation system integrated with adaptive test, personalized diagnosis and ability hoisting, embodies the situation.As a part of this research item, this thesis mainly focuses on designing the system, which intelligently diagnoses the elementary students'mathematical cognition in the internet and IT environment. Starting from the students'need, focusing on the students'cognition, the study motivation is to design a system, that can take both the technical advantage of computer network and the evaluation concept of the current elementary school mathematics into consider.The preparation of the study began with the analysis and overview about the relevant concepts, project, process and available similar system of elementary school mathematics evaluation at home and abroad. It also discussed the theoretical model and elements of the mathematical cognition. Based on it, doing the study, as follows:Firstly, based on the analysis to the characteristic of the students'mathematical cognition, this thesis summarizes the test items and observation dimensions, through the analysis of them in WISC-IV and the C-RSPMA, which can effectively, satisfied the needs of this study.Secondly, the diagnosis of the Elementary Students'Mathematical Cognition is put into 2 parts; include the special part and the integrated part. The processes and the data algorithms of the 2 parts are designed separately. The part, which integrated with the statuses of the completion in the courses'exercises, has designed the attribute standard that putting the test questions into the back-end database followed.What more, the design of the system mixed as many information's dimensions and formats, which are needed in the relevant advanced statistical measurement methods (such as RSM), as possible together. Through the matrix operations, the primary design is proposed, in order to make the relevant advanced statistical measurement methods can be applied to the intelligent system more directly and more integrally in future.At the last, Axure RP Pro is used to design the initial prototype of the system.
