Mathematics homework is an important link in the process of students' mathematics learning.At present,there are many shortcomings in traditional work,such as repetition,randomness and uneven difficulty.Layered homework is the subjective stratification of students according to their teachers.There are several shortcomings: first,it hurts students' self-esteem;second,it inhibits the development of students' self-potential;third,it is difficult to balance the requirements of examinations and students' needs.Under such circumstances,our students have to learn passively.Therefore,students will copy,Scribble and default after class homework,which will reduce their interest in mathematics and give up when they encounter difficulties.Therefore,in order to improve the shortcomings of these homework designs,improve the enthusiasm of students to complete their homework and mathematical achievements,and tap students' mathematical potential.This paper aims to explore the following three questions:1.What are the concepts,models and gradient standards of job design?2.What are the reasons why students choose to do homework?3.What are the reasons for students' errors?4.Can the implementation effect of ladder assignment improve students' achievement and autonomy in learning mathematics,and break through the "zone of recent development" of students' mathematics?This study uses case analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.This paper mainly uses the two modules of "reasoning ability" and "modelling idea" of mathematical core literacy to carry out job case studies.Firstly,teachers design the gradient of homework,secondly,students conduct questionnaires on self-diagnosis while writing homework,and then teachers interview and analyze some students about the results of homework review.Finally,according to the thematic test of the same content.The results show that gradient homework design is helpful to improve students' ability to solve mathematical problems and their enthusiasm to learn mathematics.
