Teacher's language behavior has become an important index for judging teachers'teaching level .The data shows that the teaching language behavior has occupied the classroom instructions the more than 70% on average. In senior high school the language has been up to 88%. Therefore, when the teacher language behavior has problems, it will affects students to understand and grasp the knowledge. Researching on the teacher language behavior in class can enrich and deepen the teacher's teaching behavior theory research.In addition, researching on the teacher language behavior can update the accomplishment concept,help expanding the pre-service teacher training and after-work teacher training. At present, the problems of researching on teachers' language still exist in the following: the teaching language behavior research basically is general, empirical, descriptive. There is little empirical research. The teaching language behavior research is lack of micro analysis. Always from the ideal "ought" discussion behavior but overlook the "ignore reality" condition from the actual. Lack of the researching on criterion of language.Based on this research background, this paper explores the standard of teaching language behavior,pays attention to the differences in behavior between the expert teachers and the non-expert teachers. This study starts with the establishment of teaching language behavior index system. Verifies the index system with the extensive classroom observation .Based on the empirical analysis ,research the differences between the expert teachers and non-expert teachers,causing the research of teaching language training. School education research will firmly embedded in reality, in order to reflect the reality and empirical of this subject.This research framework consists of four chapters.Chapter One: Introduction. The source of the question and the ideas of reasearch.Chapter Two: Found the teaching language index system. The two process for the establishment of the index system: through extensice investigation and interviews, including teachers and experts, index system, Through a lot of field observation, according to the index system for observing scale. Teachers' teaching language behavior of the establishment of index system is the subject of innovation .Chapter Three: By using a lot of observing scale participatory observation, get a lot of data. Through the statistical analysis, validate the index system. Find out the differences of the expert teacher and non-teachers. Chapter Four: Expound the conclusion of the research. Based on the interview to expert in education , take some advice on teaching language training.
