The verbal teaching language runs through the teaching process and it is the most direct tool for teachers to impart rational and perceptual knowledge to students.The expression of the verbal teaching language is the most basic professional skills of teachers.It is the focus of the current basic education reform.The teacher's verbal teaching language directly determines the quality of education and classroom effects.At the same time,biology is a descriptive subject,so good language skills must be possessed by biology teachers.Maximizing teaching effectiveness of teachers' verbal teaching language is the most powerful guarantee of teaching effectiveness.Therefore,in order to effectively improve the teacher's verbal teaching language ability,it is necessary to study the teacher's verbal teaching language behaviors.This study conducts a comparative analysis of the verbal teaching language behaviors of expert teachers,skilled teachers and novice teachers.This article attempts to explore the training program of verbal teaching language.At the same time,this study also plays a role in guiding the transition of novice teachers to skilled teachers and the progression of skilled teachers to expert teachers.The first chapter of the thesis is the introduction,it proposes the research background,purpose and significance.According to the understanding of the fact that most middle school biology teachers don't pay enough attention to the verbal teaching language,this study has realized that these current conditions should attract attention.The second chapter elaborates the research ideas and methods.The methods used in this study include literature analysis,observation,qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis and interviewing.The third chapter defines the concepts of novice,proficient,expert teachers and verbal teaching language behaviors,and outlines the study of teachers' teaching languages by domestic and foreign scholars.The fourth chapter is mainly about the establishment of survey tools,including the establishment of teachers' verbal teaching language behaviors index system and the formulation of observation scales.The fifth chapter is the implementation of observation,including the observing object selection,the application example of the observation scale,and the three types of teachers in the use of verbal teaching language behavior of the overall comparison and analysis of the two.The sixth chapter is based on the analysis results of the fifth chapter and interviews with the teachers,to find the reasons for the differences in the verbal teaching language of the three types of teachers,and based on the results of the interviews with the expert teachers,put forward feasible suggestions for the cultivation of the teacher's verbal teaching language and promote the growth of novice and skilled teachers.The seventh chapter is the conclusion part of the full text,summarizes the full text and put forward the shortcomings and prospects of this study.
