| In this paper, I use the methods of the documentation, survey and analysis, and the mathematical statistics to investigate and analyze the employment situation of the social sports (undergraduate) in Jiangsu Province, and give out the suggestions of the specialty reform and developing.The social sports has transported 8 batches of graduates to society since we establish this subject in 1998 in our country. The social sports in university has a rapid development with the implementing of the nationwide body-building plan and the expanding of the sport culture industry. There are about 14 universities which set the social sports subject. As an education, culture and economic province, Jiangsu creates a good social environment for the social sports graduates'obtaining employment. However, with the exploding of the finance crisis and the approaching of the employment summit, the university graduates'obtaining employment suffers serious influence. Social sports is a newly-built subject, so the theoretical research, educational ideas and the subject construction are not very deep. The market acceptance condition of the graduates is an important problem faced by teachers and students which relates to their existing and developing.There are 9 undergraduate colleges and universities (China University of Mining and Technology, Nan Jing Nomal Unoversity, Nan Jing Sport Institute, Jiang Su University of Since and Technology, Yang Zhou University, Nan Jing Xiao Zhuang Nomal College, Yan Cheng Teachers University, Huai Yin University, and Nan Tong University) in Jiangsu set up social sports subject. And Jiang Su University of Since and Technology has set the subject only since 2008, so there are no graduates. The survey to the employment condition of this 8 schools'graduates from 2004 to 2009 suggests: There are 879 social sports graduates get job by the end of 2009 (These include the people whose file relations were passed to their local talent markets). China University of Mining and Technology had the highest employment rate: 98.03%; and Huai Yin University had the minimum employment: 65.06%. The employment rate of the graduates has a downward trend in general, the employment summit appeared in 2004 to 2006, the employment rate was above 90%, but the rate descended to 70% in 2008 to 2009.On one hand, it is because the social demand for social sports graduates got release in the early. On the other hand, the expansion of the university enrollment is beyond the economic development speed. According to the analysis and study for the main factors that may affect employment rate: the determination of educational goals, the curriculum, the employment intentions, and the social market demand, I put forward the following suggestions: Firstly, Schools should set the goals of cultivating the students of social sports reasonably according to regional economy, social development and school's own characteristics. Secondly, schools should optimize the courses and establish the curriculum systems those are suitable for professional talent training courses. Thirdly, we should develop practical plans to construct and train teachers. Fourthly, we should strengthen the education practice and the construction of community,enterprises,institutions and the practice base. Meanwhile we should provide a platform for students to participate in social practice. Fifthly, schools should strengthen students'specialized ideological education and change the traditional employment concepts. Sixthly, government should develop the relevant policies; try to create good jobs and employment environment for PE majors. And create a good environment for social sports'developing finally. Seventhly, we should arrange the admission scheme according to the market demand. The expansion of college enrollment should have its basis and foundation and comply with the laws of the development of the social economy.
