To Analyze Current Situation Of The Community Residents' Physical Exercise Status

With the 2008 Beijing Olympic Game was successfully held and the National fitness byelaw was promulgated, they are not only provide policy to guarantee people's daily exercises, but also raise the consciousness of fitness. Community sports as an important carrier has caused highly attention. Community sports were developed late in China, which began in the 1980s, therefore different kinds of community sports policies and regulations are incomplete. Nowadays community sports were so popular that to study community sports is very important. So, by studying and analyzing community sports can put forward theoretical basis to create a new situation.This paper choose 30 communities as research objects, it use documentary, questionnaire investigation method, mathematical statistics methods to study residents of Baoding city's community of the current situation of physical exercises and to put forward the corresponding suggestion, to give advices which can promote community sports'further development. Research shows:1 Among community residents, senior people are in a large proportion, male who take part in exercising are more than female, the purpose they exercise are to build body, expand community, and entertain themselves2 There are many sports activities ,but their distribution are uneven, most sports resources are mainly distributed in school, which have a low efficiency, community sports devices have some hidden trouble, due to improper management, this ,to some extent, will reduce residents'enthusiasm.3 Social sports instructors are not enough, due to the lack of professional sports instructor, some instructors are retired sports fans who cannot provide scientific exercise prescription, this also reduce residents'enthusiasm.
