Hebei Province,Baoding City Rural Elementary School Sports Teaching Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

The purpose of writing this article mainly comes from my problems found during the field survey in rural elementary school,the study mainly 15 rural elementary school in baoding as the research object;Data collection mainly adopts the literature,interview,questionnaire survey,field visits and other methods combined.After detailed and comprehensive investigation,I found the local rural primary school physical education work mainly exist the following problems:1.PE teachers’ age is too "young",gender imbalance,the overall title on the low side,professional sports teachers accounted for smaller,less number of refresher training,scientific research ability is poorer,etc.2.The most humble campus sports venues,equipment holdings,quality and maintenance situation is not optimistic,not reasonable and effective use;3.Sports funding shortages have the treatment such as physical education teachers should have refresher training(software)and sports equipment(hardware)severely restricted,can’t keep up with the needs of the sports teaching;4.Attaches great importance to the academic students,despise the old PE view old ideas bind the student to study the sports motivation of sports lovers.To solve these problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures:1.The local governments at all levels,the education department should ensure that sports funds in full on time,schools should be limited sports funds is more scientific and reasonable in the sports teaching for the construction of software and hardware,the hardware mainly includes the physical infrastructure,such as sports venues,sports equipment facilities,software mainly includes sports teachers’ education and training,the absorption of sports talent introduction,etc.;2.The students should clearly recognize the subjective or physical education teachers and school leaders must let the students know that physical education is his own in school education system of comprehensive health knowledge and an important part of the exercise skills;3.School leaders to strengthen the physical education on the concept of value,the healthy development of sports education to the child body and will hone has important role in many aspects,so we can’t give sports disciplines in the concept of "less important" the brand mark,on the contrary,we not only should rational scientific arrangement of physical education teaching,to create a better objective conditions for sports teaching.
