Research On The Restraints And The Promoting Strategy Of The Socialization Of Chinese Wushu Dan System

Chinese Wushu Dan system (Hereinfater referred to as Wushu Dan system) is to enhance people's health, promote the development of martial arts, improve technical and theoretical level in martial arts, establish a standardized National Wushu training system, and improve the management of the network of Wushu.The implement of Wushu Dan system can measure Wushu techniques and theoretical level of its practitioners and enthusiasts, so that the masses can equally get the opportunities for participation in the competition, thus enhancing practitioners' virtue, skill, logic, as well as physical fitness. It will have far-reaching historical and realistic significance to the two currently implementing documents, the national fitness program and plan of Olympic gloryIn other countries, such as Japanese karate, Korea taekwondo, European combative, etc. all set up Dan system, thus promote the development of this project. On the other hand, the Chinese Wushu Dan system which had been established since 1998, the number of participants were far from satisfaction. There are a large part of Wushu enthusiasts who have never heard of Wushu Dan system, which exposes the lack of socialization. Wushu Dan system is the important tools and the carrier of Wushu's heritage, promotion and popularization, is the nervous system of Wushu's development. It is related to the future and fate of Wushu, to the healthy development of Wushu, and to the objectives of Wushu into campus. How to speed up the socialization of Wushu becomes a major issue we are facing now.For this reason, this paper adopts documentary research, expert interviews, surveys and other methods to discuss the factors that restrict the socialization development of Chinese Wushu. The study found the main reasons that are:①the problem existed in Wushu itself;②Wushu Dan system lacks social promotion value;③the evaluation agency of Wushu Dan system does not have a high degree of socialization;④Social environment;⑤the lack of promotion and propaganda;⑥theoretical research is left behind. The developing strategy of Wushu Dan system include:①keeping to the principles to promote the socialization of Chinese Wushu Dan system;②creating the proper social environment;③making clear its development goals;④expanding ideas, fostering greater policy support;⑤expanding the population base of Wushu learners, building a pluralistic platform for its development;⑥achieving social management of the evaluation agency of Wushu Dan system;⑦intensifying its social value;⑧adopting multi-channel to publicize Wushu Dan system.We put forward suggestions according to the research:①In the process of the promotion, we had better follow the principles,people oriented and grassroots oriented, so as to realize the maximum number of people for participation.②As for the concrete means, we'd better cultivate a professional promotion band, take various Wushu competitions as its carrier, publicize it in virtue of newspaper, TV, the internet, broadcast,etc., in order to make Wushu information more open,and more transparent.③As different boxings differ greatly from each other, different districts get imbalance from each other, the assessment model of Wushu Dan system should be more agile in the early days of its developing period.④As for the guarantee system, Wushu function and management department should offer the training for all Wushu Dan judgers in a fixed date or unfixed date, and form net management as soon as possible.
