How to make a much greater progress in English for Junior School students, which is a puzzling issue for us? Many scholars and educators have devoted themselves to the study and have made great achievement. There still exists a long distance between the goal and the real practicing of this concept. Classroom instructions are the main path through which students' knowledge and skills can be developed, so do such aspects as learning processes, methods and views of value. In English teaching, emotion element means the learner's feeling, sense, emotion and attitude. Junior students carry their own features. We need try to help them have a desire. Therefore, as a key point, motivation is one of the most crucial personal factors that determine an efficient English learning. Only with a strong desire in mind, it can be carried out successfully.Motivation, which includes intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation is the source of keeping studying as well. Intrinsic motivation comes from some constructive comments or some interesting people; while the other one comes from some encouraging or criticism and so on. Meanwhile both of them can exist together, and can be converted into each other as well. Therefore we can make a conclusion that we should stick to motivating intrinsic motivation mainly in class, in no way which means we can ignore paying more attention to the effect of extrinsic motivation.All of the above can be proved that teachers can help students increase their motivation in class. After reaching the action of students in class and the effect of some feedback, the teachers will find out more useful way to motivate the students and improve the quality of teacher's feedback. Last but not the least, we need to reduce the movement of anxiety.
