Intrinsic motivation comes from some constructive comments or some interesting people; while the other one comes from some encouraging or criticism and so on. Meanwhile both of them can exist together, and can be converted into each other as well. Therefore we can make a conclusion that we should stick to motivating intrinsic motivation mainly in class, in no way which means we can ignore paying more attention to the effect of extrinsic motivation.All of the above can be proved that teachers can help students increase their motivation in class. After reaching the action of students in class and the effect of some feedback, the teachers will find out more useful way to motivate the students and improve the quality of teacher's feedback.
