China Golf Professional Teacher Training Effectiveness Studies

In recent years, with the rapid development of the market, the major of golf education have been launched in many colleges and agency. The establishment of golf education major has being in the stage of infancy. The construction of teachers'team, curriculum provision and the construction of teaching material are till in the process of exploration. Especially the lack of qualified teachers seriously are restricted the development of professional golf education. Therefore, the construction of a high-quality professional golf teachers'team has become the key factor of the comprehensive improvement of the quality of professional golf education.Based on consulting a large number of literatures, browsing many relevant professional website, researching sufficient investigation and analyzing the basic information, the development of professional golf education and the dynamic study on the training of professional golf teacher have been explored in this thesis. Relatively speaking, the training of Chinese professional golf teachers are still in the position of pessimistic and effectiveness, main problems manifest as follows:low satisfaction on the training of professional golf teachers; lack of high qualified teachers; unscientific training contents; nonflexible training methods,; unitary training mode; formalized evaluate training system and incomplete training system etc. These problems are largely caused by the rapid market demand, the contradiction of the construction of professional golf disciplines, the hysteretic development of the training of professional golf teachers and the immature development of the golf major.Therefore, the construction of a strong and stable professional team should be on the basis of the investigation for the training requirements, the improvements of training system and complete training system. Only to achieve the purpose of the specification of the training goal, the rationalization of training teacher staff, the principle of people foremost for the training contents, the Mutualism of the training methods, the diversification of training mode and the scientific of the training system, the positive status of the training teachers will be realized, the go-aheadism and positivity of the training teachers will be improved and the effectiveness of the training of golf teachers will be promoted.
