“2+2” Golf Practice On The Training Mode Of Applied Talents

Golf is a health, leisure sports, sports industry Chinese whole with the continuous development and people for leisure sports awareness continues to improve, the rapid momentum of development and expansion of the Chinese, and the industry as a new concept of leisure sports industry and light industry, is that more and more important influence on society the economic and cultural development. With the further advance of golf in China, the specialized talented person’s demand is also constantly expanding. At present, according to preliminary estimates of golf industry in China, more than 400 golf courses need professional coach, senior management personnel, service personnel such as division, golf course lawn professionals about 150000 people. While the number of the current domestic of all kinds of Vocational and professional sports colleges to cultivate the golf professional graduates can not satisfy the development demand of market and industry, therefore, the educational condition of golf professionals and talents training has been widespread concern and attention of the industry.Shenzhen University Golf Academy was founded in 1997, open the country golf education precedent, Hebei Institute of Physical Education, Beijing Sport University, Shenyang Sport University, etc. after school have opened golf related professional courses or electives. So far, there are more than 100 universities offering golf courses across the country. However, with the further improvement of China’s further economic development and national culture quality, high-quality golf professional talents will be very scarce. Therefore, training scheme, system of scientific talent, training mode for innovative talents cultivation of efficient, golf professionals is particularly urgent and important. However, golf education in our country is still in initial stage, the higher vocational colleges and professional sports colleges are on golf talent cultivation mode of continuous exploration. This paper summarizes the recent five years in Hebei Institute of Physical Education golf professional experience in running a school, explore the sectional model of school enterprise cooperation personnel training mode, in order to further improve the golf professional talent quality, cultivate application oriented market demand golf professionals, to provide talents guarantee and intellectual support for the healthy development of China’s golf industry.This paper consists of the following parts:The first part, the author has collected a lot of relevant literature data about the training mode of professional personnel training mode at home and abroad. Through the analysis and comparison of domestic and international school enterprise cooperation personnel training mode, the author puts forward a new model of "2+2" Golf talents cultivation.The second part,the "2+2" Golf talent cultivation model as the research object, combined with Hebei Institute of Physical Education "2+2" Golf talent cultivation mode of the practical application, the use of literature, investigation, case analysis and other methods to analyze the current "2+2" personnel training mode advantages and disadvantages and improvement strategy, for the future to improve this model to lay a solid foundation, but also to provide reference for relevant institutionsThe third part, the author puts forward the model of "2+2" golf training mode and takes the case of "2+2" training mode in twelve years.
