Study On The School Development Planning

Adam Smith mentioned in "Wealth of Nations" that the Government should use the "invisible hand" which is completely free competitive market to control society of economy, but in today's society, in addition to playing the role of market regulation, the state administration also focus on government intervention in the macro-control. Therefore, to do business planning is very important for the management, because a good planning is the foundation for the development of a well-organized, also it can greatly improve the organization and management efficiency. Planning plays an important role in the modern educational administrative work. This is the guide for the development of education, it provide important theoretical basis for decision making.Through analysising the School Development Planning of the Nineteenth Middle School, Changsha, Hunan, to basic theory of school development planning as a guide, to think issues related to the school development plan and make recommendations accordingly.The first chapter is the introduction part, the significance of the topic, the status of research, research methods and research framework are briefly illustrated. The body of the paper consists of three chapters. The second chapter is about the basic theory of school development planning issues. The school development planning content, features and content are analyzed. The third chapter has analyzed the School Development Planning of the Nineteenth Middle School, Changsha. Firstly, the chapter has analyzed the school's value location.Then, the chapter has analyzed the content from the planning to proceed with the main goal of the school development planning, measures and security system, supervision and evaluation system.Finally, the chapter has briefly analyzed the School Development Planning of the Nineteenth Middle School and found that there are several major deficiencies:the development of planning design non-standard text; lack of specific and systematic action; lack of a clear evaluation, some target difficult to assess. The article has made two proposal:first, standardize the text design, perfected planning content; second,defined goals and detailed measures.The fourth chapter is carried out by the school development plan by some of the thinking and the related recommendations. On the basis of the school autonomy and education reform, to improve the school development plan:first, to build the core competitiveness of the school; second, the school development plan reflects the dynamic characteristics; Third, the content of the comprehensive school development planning and measures of operation.
