Research On School Development Planning Under The Mode Of Group Running

School Development Planning (SDP) is the guide of a school’s development and also a necessity to the group running of school. As a managing concept, development planning has a great influence to group running of school. SDP is an important basis in balancing the relation of member schools, and it is also an effective method to promote school group management and to raise educational quality. Therefore, SDP provides a solid foundation for the development of educational group.However, judging from existing researches, SDP has not gain enough attention, and relevant researches are scarce. Moreover, practically speaking, during the running process of part domestic primary and middle schools, there are still many difficulties and problems in SDP. In regards to that, we need to further strengthen SDP research against the backdrop of group running of school.This paper uses X educational group as study case. The practice process, results and problems emerged in the forming; practicing, monitoring, and evaluating processes of SDP in educational group are reviewed with respective suggestions. This empirical study hopes to discuss a new path of SDP in the environment of X educational group and promote it to a national scale.This paper is consisted by four chapters:the first chapter briefly introduces domestic and foreign researches on SDP and group running of school and defines concepts; The second chapter examines new requirements to SDP presented by group running of school and the significance of SDP to group running of school; The third chapter introduces background of A, B primary school group and elaborates on the SDP of X educational group; The fourth chapter summarizes the achieved results and the existing problems of SDP in X educational group; The fifth chapter gives relevant suggestions to external environment, group leader as well as staffs.
