With the rapid development and popularization of the network, the number of students who access to the Internet has been increasingly rising. Network has a profound impact on the way of thinking, behavior, physical and mental health of college students. Internet, which has many characteristics such as high speed, convenience, rich information resources and functional diversity, is more and more popular with college students who have vehement curiosity and strong thirst for knowledge. However, it is thought-provoking that there are more feebleminded and poor self-control students being addicted to network and unable to extricate themselves from deep addiction. This study focuses on the phenomenon of current college students who are addicted to network and it affects their normal study, life and physical health. Through discriminating and analyzing the physical differences between college students who are addicted to network and normal students, the study discovers the problems in physical health of students who are addicted to network. By using targeted means of physical intervention, the paper helps students who are addicted to network recover and Eliminate dependence to kick the addiction.In this paper, a combination of research methods such as documentary analysis, interview, questionnaires, tests and mathematical statistics is used to analyze physical differences and to do effectiveness research on physical intervention between normal students and students who are addicted to network. The results show that:1. As is shown in statistics of questionnaires, in current college campus, nearly half of the students have tainted addiction of network or indulged in the network and the majority of them are only mild addiction, while less than 2% of students have tendency of severe network addiction.2. The results of a special physical test show that students who have network addiction have operated computer for a very long time, their muscle strength, explosive force, endurance and body flexibilituare much worse than normal students. Particularly in muscle strength and body flexibility, students who have network addiction and normal students are significantly different.3. According to the revealed problems of students in the physical test, we formulate the plan. After the implementation of a range of physical interventions measures, we can help basically students kick the addiction, restore and enhance their physical strength. The second test shows they have no significant difference with the normal students, manifesting better effectiveness.According to the results of the surveys, we can draw a conclusion that if we want to prevent the Internet addiction, and improve the physical condition of university students, the creation of a healthy and orderly learning environment is a systematic project and we must fully mobilize the strength of community, family, school and university students to work together. Here are some specific recommendations:1. Social regulation should be strict. Publish some related bills, enact stipulation about the restriction of Internet addiction and enlarge the law enforcement.2. In the aspect of family, the parents should keep contact with school, actively cooperate with the school management, and communicate more with their children. As soon as they identify problems, they solve the problems.3. In the aspect of university, the first is to give the rein to the unique charm of sport, enhance the fun of students participating in the sport. Make the sport replace online games to lead the students out of Internet cafes and then return to the health; the second is to strengthen ideological and political education efforts for students, and to detect earlier, educate earlier, correct earlier of the students who are addicted to Internet.4. In the aspect of students themselves, they must establish a correct outlook on the world, on life and on values, consciously limit the Internet time and resist the temptation of the network.
