In order to research the characteristics and relationships between the resilience,self differentiation and job anxieties among college graduates. This study has made a questionnaire on the job anxieties of college graduates under Chinese cultural background, with reference to former researches. This study investigated the relationship among college graduates'resilience,self differentiation and job anxieties. This study further investigated the mediating effect of college graduates'self differentiation between their resilience and job anxieties. Through the investigation and analysis of questionnaires for 460 college graduates, this paper has reached conclusions as follows:(1)Through open questionnaires, deep interviews, reexaminations, formal tests, etc. steps, the questionnaire on the job anxieties of college graduates include three dimensions: employment anxiety physiology reaction and employment self-confidence deficiencies and future work nervous. The theoretical model fitting of these questionnaires is good, and the reliability and validity both achieve psychometric requirements. So they can be regarded as the effective measuring tool to test the anxiety of obtaining employment among college graduates.(2)The following factors have significant effect on the job anxieties among college graduates: graduation intention and received employment guidance or not; the following factors have significant effect on the employment anxiety physiology reaction: graduation intention, received employment guidance or not and part-time experience; the following factors have significant effect on the employment self-confidence deficiencies: school category, student leaders, received employment guidance or not and part-time experience; the following factors have significant effect on the future work nervous: Students, school category, graduate intent and part-time experience(3)Correlation analysis shows that college graduates'resilience was negatively correlated with job anxieties; college graduates'self differentiation was negatively correlated with job anxieties; college graduates'resilience was positively correlated with self differentiation.(4)College graduates'self differentiation has mediating effect between the attachment to resilience and job anxieties, that is to say the attachment to resilience influences job anxieties through self differentiation.
