Differentiation And Integration Of Role Interactions: A Study Of The Effectiveness Of Social Work Services To Improve Resilience In Single-Parent Families

Under the background of diversified development of family and social structure,the number of single-parent families in China is also increasing year by year.The single parent family formed by divorce or widowhood is faced with many social problems,which have become the hot spot of academic research.Among them,the theory of family resilience based on the dominant perspective has become the focus of social work research.This study H school of Beijing a single-parent families as an example,a family case social work mode to carry out social work service,in the role of interaction theory and family resilience theory under the guidance of service planning process and social work assessment,intervention,aimed at enhancing the single parent family resilience,optimize the role of the single-parent family interaction.This study carried out family talks to enhance the resilience of single parent families from three aspects:strengthening the family belief system,optimizing the family organization model,and cultivating the family communication process,and carried out process assessment and result assessment in the form of scale,observation and interview.The results show that the family resilience theory has a significant effect on social work to improve the resilience of single-parent families.The role interaction theory is effective in explaining the resilience of single parent families.Family case social work has its unique advantages.
