The Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The International Students' Education In Chongqing Universities

Education for foreign students is a very important part of higher education. China government always attaches importance to receiving and educating foreign students and regards it as one of the most important task of international communication. Sineel949, China has worked up a systematic management pattern which has Chinese special features. And our higher education for foreign students has developed large quantity of science and technology, education, diplomacy and management professional especially for many developing countries. It makes aggressive contribution to developing and making stronger relationship of polities, diplomacy and economies trade and it also contributes to the international culture, education and personnel communication.According to the development planning of Chongqing, in next few years, Chongqing would have established building a modern international metropolis, national central city, in China's western economic and financial center and western education highland etc target localization. The city's development is inseparable from the development of education, establish internationalized city more need to have corresponding education development, the development of international students education match the development of the city's internationalization degree ascension. Although in recent years,Chongqing's international students education have made great achievements in study abroad scale and level constantly breakthroughs, but compared with the national student education, still relatively lags, compared with the Beijing-Tianjin Shanghai municipalities, there was a huge gap. Vigorously develops the education of international students in Chongqing, not only can accelerate the reform and development of Chongqing's universities and colleges, improve the comprehensive strength, internationalization level and make more foreigners to understand Chongqing, enhance the international reputation of Chongqing, attract more foreigners to Chongqing learning, tourism, investment, accelerate city internationalized process.This research is divided into four parts:Introduction, mainly expounds the research background, research situation of profiles and related concepts definition. The first part, the investigation of Chongqing's international university students education situation in present, chose 5 schools'students for this investigation object, adopted a questionnaire and individual interview survey manner, survey includes three aspects:reasons and channels for studying in Chongqing, the degree of agreement about the university now studying, understanding and view about Chongqing. The second part, the analyzes on the problems and influential factors about Chongqing universities'international students education. The third part, put forward the countermeasures of the international students education in Chongqing universities.
