China's entering into"WTO"and"2008Olympic games"and the success of"2010 world expo"has accelerated the International development of education. The increasing social requirements for high level and high-quality compound sports talents cry for those who can not only master the knowledge about PE but also master English. Ministry of Education demanded colleges and universities to lunch bilingual education and take it as a target of the undergraduate teaching level evaluation, in order to make the colleges to pay attention to bilingual education. Fulfilling this social demands, the PE bilingual education gradually developed at universities. But the development of PE bilingual education in china is still at exploration stage, which lacks professional teaching materials and teachers. The immature teaching methods is not that a big difference of common English classes. Students'interests of bilingual class declining and their scores bad make bilingual class to come under question. How to improve the quality of PE bilingual education? What factors are the effect of students'PE bilingual learning in relation to? I plan to study the relationship between perceived academic self-efficacy and PE bilingual learning, in order to give advice to the launching of PE bilingual education.The theory of self-efficacy is put forward by Bandura , based on social learning. He thinks the process of social learning is the interaction of inner factors, circumstances and behaviors. The theory of self-efficacy emphasize the subject factor of human being. Self–efficacy is about self-confidence and influences human's behavior. Using of the theory of self-efficacy in teaching can improve students'self-efficacy and benefits students'learning. My study is due to measure the changing magnitude of students perceived academic self-efficacy and PE bilingual level from beginning of term to the end , using mathematic method, in order to measure the relationship between Perceived academic self-efficacy and sports level.My study take The methods of literature, investigation, observation and statistics to discuss the relationship between perceived academic self-efficacy and PE bilingual learning and how to improve students learning effect. Observing 90 college students'18weeks'PE bilingual learning at Hebei Normal University and analyzing the changes through a term, I make a conclusion as follow:1. Perceived academic self-efficacy is positive correlation to PE bilingual learning, i.e. students with higher perceived academic self-efficacy is more willing to join the PE bilingual learning and their scores are higher.2. Improving students self–efficacy has a positive effect on PE bilingual learning.
