With the rapid development of science and and technology, more and more scientific technology and products are applied to sports field, which makes the modern sports cause develop faster. Behind the competition for gold medal among the nations, there must be a scientific service team."Scientificalness"and"practicality"are the two trends of training theory at present. Apart from hard training, scientific training method is also the effective way to improve the grade of the atheletes. How to get to know the level of the atheletes timely and accurately is already the focusing topic for the researchers.Diving is the top sports item of our nation and the nation are proud of the divers. In the aspect of technical action training,they pay attetion to the detais and strive for the best, which is the key factor why China diving always keeps the top level in the world. In 2008 Beijing Olympic Games Chinese diving team won seven gold medals. However, Men's ten-metre diving is the only one to lose the point.Ten-metre diving is the important training item in China. But why did it happen? Is there any other reason besides regret and unluckiness? The technical guide of diving is the important part of ten-metre diving. Though China has got excellent grade, scientific system of diving technology training in our nation is not relatively prefect. The diveris practicing on the platform, while the coach can only observe and guide them on the ground. Due to the restriction of the height, the coach can only watch the diver by looking up. Thus the action in the air is more or less not accurately observed by the coach.Based on the above reasons, combined modern manufacturing industry, the numerical control technology, with the computer as well as strength of scientific sports research, it is the urgent matter to design and develop a kind of vertical and high speed track photography system and the analysis system. At present this project had already becaome one of the key research project topics of 2010 General Administration of Sports. The application of the equipment can get to observe the diver in a completely stereoscopic vision. It can judge the height of the diver in the process of takeing-off, and the angle of taking-off. The equipment can give the diver correct and timely guide, which improve the training efficiency. Thus it strengthens ten-meter diving g training greatly in the scientific level, and can help us to win men's ten-meter diving gold medal in 2012 at the London Olympic Games. At the same time, each sports item has respectively the different characteristic and the rule, therefore, this research carries on the specialized platform diving technology motion analysis system research and development, and will provide a fundamental research method and platform for other sports. If special rule of each sports is inducted to this platform, each item action can be analysed.In the process of the preparatory work for a long time, this research has developed a kind computer application procedure, which can be operated on Windows system, the Visual Studio.net 2008 and Matlab the 2010 technology establishment"the diving platform diving technology movement software analysis system". It basically realizes that using computer to the platform diving technology motion automatic analysis. The operation is simple, which brings the convenience for trainer's operation and the demonstration. In the meantime it has fuctions of feedback.
