Investigation And Countermeasures On The Development Of Soft Volleyball In Middle School Of ShijiaZhuang City

With the deepened reform of elementary education and middle school sports education, soft volleyball, being a new kind of sports, has attracted much more attention because of its unique advantages, specially in the development of middle school sports education. Modern soft volleyball which sets fitness, competition and entertainment as a whole has been fully accepted by the masses. Additionally, since the sprit of soft volleyball accords with the directions of middle school teaching reform-health the first, students oriented, fully participation, it has been listed in the middle school sports teaching syllabus. What is more, it has become one of the most important sports in the nationwide fitness campaign because of its many advantages, such as widely acceptance, small exercise intensity, full of fun and so on. At present, the situation of the education of soft volleyball sports, however, is far from what we expected. Therefore, our study is full of realistic significance in perfecting the education and promoting the popularization of soft volleyball sports in Shijiazhuang City and it is also helpful to increase the number of soft volleyball players in our city.This paper comprehensively studied the situation of the development of soft volleyball in Shijiazhuang city through the methods of literature material, questionnaire, interviews, logic analysis, mathematical statistics and so on. The conclusions dropped from our study are that the development of soft volleyball sports are not satisfactory as a whole and there are still some realistic problems unsettled. They can mainly be embodied in the following respects:1. The course of soft volleyball sports is still not opened in some middle schools and there are many problems in the schools who have opened this course. This is mainly because that the hardware facilities in these schools did not reach the requirements and some school leaders also failed to pay enough attention to this kind of sports. As a result, all the problems mentioned above had a negative effection on the popularization of soft VB game.2. As schools opening the course arranged so little time in soft volleyball sports teaching that many students failed to recognize and understand the game and it is also limited the presentation of the unique charm of soft volleyball. soft volleyball matches have not been organized efficiently by far and many of them are teaching ones which are very simple in PE classes rather than real regular or fixed competitions among schools. This situation has, to some extent, blocked the communication of soft volleyball between schools and affected the smooth development of this game.3. Although the education backgrounds and age structures of soft volleyball teachers in Shijiazhuang City are reasonable, Therefore, their scientific research level is not high, neither is their specialized level.Many of them are teachers of hard volleyball sports or other ball games, what was worse, most have not experienced the professional training in soft volleyball.4. There are obvious differences between boys and girls in the preference of soft volleyball. Generally speaking, girls prefer the game than boys do. The spread of soft volleyball is also affected by the popularity of other sports, such as basketball, ping-pang and so on. Therefore, it is harder for students who do not own much spare time to learn a new kind of ball games.In order to make soft volleyball game develop much better in Shijiazhuang City, we put forward some solving countermeasures according the problems mentioned in this essay. To begin with, some degree of attention should be attained from the leaders of related departments or middle schools. Only by this way can the hardware facilities conditions be improved to reach the basic teaching requirements. Secondly, on one hand, teachers should improve their professional level and scientific research ability, on the other hand, we should provide students with more time to understand soft volleyball game through effective methods, such as increasing classes, uniforming textbooks and taking scientific teaching measures. Finally, it is necessary to organize some regular soft volleyball matches weekly or monthly, which will be helpful to improve the students enthusiasm and beneficial to the propaganda and spread of soft volleyball.
