In this study, interpersonal harmony is defined as the organization is more harmony among people, mutual coordination, little conflict and strife of a state or atmosphere of human relationships.In this study, literature related to the concept of interpersonal harmony and theory to conclude on the basis, through interviews, open-ended questionnaire, two questionnaires and formal pre-test questionnaire to collect data and use of exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, variance analysis and other statistical methods, data and conclusions are as follows:(1) of the organization, including interpersonal harmony is a "close-style harmony," "reasonable-style harmony," "apathy-style harmony" and "Tolerance-style harmony" four-dimension structure of the construct. Interpersonal harmony questionnaire has good reliability and validity.(2) The study found that interpersonal harmony of the four dimensions of job satisfaction, job burnout significantly. The "close-style harmony" and "reasonable-style harmony" on the job satisfaction have a significant positive impact, "apathy-style harmony" and "Tolerance-style harmony" on the job satisfaction have significant negative effects; "Close-type harmony "of job burnout in the" emotional exhaustion "," cynical "and" ineffective flu "had significant negative effects;"(3) interpersonal harmony can significantly affect the employee's emotional labor.The "apathy-style harmony" and "Tolerance-style harmony" on the surface behavior of a significant positive impact; "Close-type harmony "and" reasonable-style harmony "behavior of deep significant positive impact;"Close-type harmony "and" reasonable-style harmony "of natural emotional expression have a significant positive impact.(4) emotional labor, emotional surface expression of behavior and natural part of interpersonal harmony and job satisfaction dimensions between the part of the intermediary role.(5) interpersonal harmony in the various dimensions of gender, age, education and other demographic variables were significantly different.
