Emotional labor (emotional labor), refers to the employees in order to achieve organizational goals, and adjust their emotional expression and emotional processes. Emotional labor is a new field of study, appearing in the last three decades, the main research areas of western organizational behavior. In recent years, attracted many scholars produce research interests. With the development of society and economy, the industrial workers during the era emphasized rigorous training them efficiently, ignoring people’s emotional needs, so the post-industrial era, flexible, user-friendly and flexible and personalized service began to increasingly mainstream. Also in the teaching service system became popular personalized, diversified services. Of course, teacher expertise and excellent teaching skills it is still very important, but can not be ignored in the characteristics of teachers’ work with emotional labor. According to this feature, many scholars from the people of the next major premise for the task of caring for teachers, teacher’s inner psychological care needs, from psychology, sociology, or organizational behavior perspective to study teachers’ emotional labor.This article is in reference to domestic and foreign scholars review research on emotional labor, as well as emotional labor related concepts and theories summarized based on the proposed objectives of this study. Empirical research methods, mainly teachers huaxia tourism school for the study, a preliminary analysis of the relationship between teachers’ emotional labor strategies impact on job satisfaction and emotional labor of teachers and school organizational climate and other relevant variables. Use the appropriate statistical analysis method, the teachers of huanxia tourism school emotional labor strategies impact and the impact on job satisfaction carried out studies and analyzes the factors affecting teachers’ emotional labor.This study attempts to analyze the following six sections:The first part is an introduction. This is part of a simple analysis of the background, and then ask questions, and point out the purpose and significance of this research study, research ideas and methods, and finally draws a technology roadmap.The second part is the literature review. This introduces the current research related to teachers and scholars of emotional labor, organizational climate and job satisfaction of these three variables.The third part is the theoretical analysis and research hypothesis. Here teachers emotional labor strategy analysis, the relationship between school organizational climate and teacher job satisfaction among the three variables, on this basis, the proposed hypotheses, and build a research model.The fourth part is the analysis of questionnaire design and verification. This section is mainly on the questionnaire used in this study were scale reliability test.The fifth part is empirical analysis. First, demographic analysis of emotional labor, then the teachers of huaxia tourism school emotional labor strategy, organizational climate and job satisfaction of the three variables correlation analysis, and finally between the three variables for regression analysis.The sixth part of research findings, recommendations and management deficiencies in this study and prospects. As a final part of this article, mainly summarizes the empirical results on a plate, and try to make some relevant comments and suggestions on this basis for huaxia tourism school teachers and administrators for reference. Finally, for the lack of some of the views put forward in this paper and future research on emotional labor raised prospects.
