Then, the paper defines the related concepts in terms of Educational Games, Mobile Learning and Mobile Phone Games reviews the theoretical origins of learning through play from the aspects of constructivist learning theory and immersion theory, etc. Next from the development of mobile phone, the author analyzes the restricting factors based on touch screen phone game development environment and design development framework of the mobile game. This article introduces the development environment in android and the key technology of using Eclipse for mobile games software to develop, And on this basis, designed and developed a touch-screen technology-based learning of new mobile games.
