In the recent years, the moral questions become a low-aging tendency, and the moral education of teen-agers gets more and more attention. In the early stage of moral research, the level of cognitive is considered as the only factor that affects the moral judgment, and the emotion is not take into consider. As the development of researches on moral psychology, the researchers believed that the emotion play an important role in the moral judgment, and some researchers even believed that the emotion was more important than the cognitive. So the study on the impact of different emotion on student's moral judgment has much theoretic and practice meaning.This article includes three parts. The first part reviewed the theories and researches on emotion and moral judgment. Plenty of researches indicated that the emotion play an important role on the moral judgment.In the second part, two experiments were designed to investigate effects of mood on college students'capacities of moral judgment. The results of Experiment 1, using moral dilemma story, showed different emotion had different effects on moral judgments. The results of Experiment 2, using Moral Judgment Test (MJT), showed that subjects in sadness or disgust mood performed better than did subjects in happy or neutral mood conditions. The Experiment 2 also showed that depressed subjects performed better than did subjects in disgust.In the third part, the whole study was reviewed and the prospect was put out.
