The twenty-first century is the era of knowledge economy, the popularity of computer and network to make all kinds of information is increasing geometrically,keen sense of smell can effective access to timely and accurate information is essential to the current skills of college students. How to give full play to the ability of modern information technology and magic, to develop a new look inspired a new era of higher vocational school students self-learning ability, and to continuously upgrade, has attracted great attention of experts and scholars, side by side on the agenda. In this thesis, the author expatiates the character, the using and studying condition, the practice environment and outlook, the study's objectives and significance of electronic portfolio at first. Then analyzes the design of vocational training students learning ePortfolio based on theoretical support and technical support is envisaged to ePortfolio assessment system as a platform to develop higher vocational school students self-learning ability, and build research and development of the main module, Was tested and analyzed, the next perfect vision.The whole thesis can be departed to five sections:Part One:Analyze the modern condition, the need of cultivating, the exist problem of the self-regulated learning faculty of the college students, and make comments for the purpose of this study.Part Two:Begin with introducing the content of the portfolio, describe the electronic portfolio's definition, characters, categories, and the using condition.Part Three:On the found of the front thesis, analysis of vocational training students to design the ePortfolio learning theory and technical support, describes the design concept and frameworkPart Four:On the found of a great deal of technical analysis and theoretical analysis, select the key technology of the electronic portfolio, describe material modules and the functions, and analyze the evaluation of applications.Part Five:Further summary and outlook. Evaluation of the electronic portfolio can not be limited and higher state of the increasing emphasis on college education.
