Structural Research Of The Intelligence Of The Competitive Volleyball Coach In Hebei Province

This investigation includes 40 competitive volleyball coaches in Hebei Province, using documentary, interviews, delphi, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics and other methods to do research and analysis on the present situation and the composing of the competitive volleyball coaches'structure of intelligence in Hebei Province. The main purpose investigate that bring forward composing of the structure intelligence of competitive volleyball coach and they are in the intelligence internal and each of concrete performance on the index sign,and searching science and reasonable of the structure of intelligence. Make all this is to improve the coaching level of the competitive volleyball coaches in Hebei Province and train a passel of excellent coaches with rich practical experience and mastery of advanced training theories and scientific intelligence.Through research and analysis, it comes to the following conclusions:(1) The age structure and educational structure is reasonable of the competitive volleyball coaches in Hebei Province, in line with modern society of personnel structure, but their scientific research awareness is weak.(2) Hebei Volleyball Coach of the special training time, mainly in 5-10 years, it accounted for 90% of the total number of coach, have an average age of 8.6 years for special training practice. Overall, the personnel training time are reasonable , but the sports level relatively low,the national class athletes accounted for 42.1%, the national master sportsmen accounted for 15.8%, The latter's proportion too low.(3) From the teaching approach analysis, 10 graduated from the Institute of physical education, accounted for 25.0%; Direct as coach after retired have 17, accounted for 42.5%; Learning in physical education department after retired have 13, accounted for 42.5%. It can be seen, it is low proportion of the coach learning in physical education department after retired.(4)The structure of intelligence of competitive volleyball coach in Hebei Province has three parts: ideological and moral qualities, knowledge structure and ability structure. And the importance coefficients of the three are 0.321, 0.320 and 0.348, relatively balanced distribution. It is indicate that with the society continuous development, the direction training of professionals toward more comprehensive.(5) In the aspect of the ideological and moral quality the competitive volleyball coach in Hebei Province performance excellent, they are honest, trustworthy and hard, it for the development of Volleyball in Hebei Province to lay a solid ideological foundation.(6) It is reasonable in the aspect of the knowledge structure of the competitive volleyball coach in Hebei Province. But it is weaker in the "professional knowledge", "related to other disciplines and professional knowledge", so their knowledge structure is not balanced. Analysis from volleyball coaches structural integrity of the knowledge, so the competitive volleyball coach in Hebei Province should enhance the supporting knowledge when they learning the professional knowledge.(7) In the aspect of the ability structure,it is not so good in the " professional training capabilities " of the competitive volleyball coach in Hebei Province, but it is the most important in the ability structure of the volleyball coach, so this aspect should be strengthening. In the "management" and"cooperation capacity "of good performance, but the "research capacity" and "innovation" is the weakest. This is the factors that restricting the development of volleyball in Hebei Province, so the volleyball coach should be focus on strengthening and improving in the weak indicators.
