Since the volleyball competition has been included in the competition events,the competitive level of volleyball has been continuously improving.All countries attach great importance to volleyball,and its technology,tactics development and competition level gradually enter a new stage.However,there is fierce competition when confronting.It is more necessary for a player to have a game.Therefore,volleyball referee has increasingly become an important part of volleyball competition.It guides and maintains the whole game in an orderly way.At present,the number and level of Volleyball Referees in Hebei province are not enough.In order to expand the volleyball referee team in our province,it is urgent to improve the quality level of the referees.To improve the overall quality of the volleyball referee team level,mainly through the training of volleyball referees to carry out business training,such as "to strengthen theoretical study,improve physical fitness,adhere to assessment training,enhance business quality and ideological literacy,consolidate legal constraints,learning mood Adjustment,enhance the psychological quality " and so on.This paper takes all the volleyball referees registered by the Basketball and Volleyball Administration of Hebei Province as the research object,and through the research methods such as literature method,survey method(interview method,questionnaire survey method)and mathematical statistics method,(Personal information,occupation structure,knowledge structure);the current situation of the referee training(the status of the referee level,the organization of the referee's status quo,the referee's status quo,the referee's status quo,the referee's status quo,the referee's status quo And the status of dispatch,training to carry out the status quo);referee satisfaction with the training situation,the referee on the training needs and so on.To understand the status quo of the training of volleyball referees in Hebei Province and the existing problems,put forward more reasonable proposals in order to Hebei Province Class A to promote national referee training institutions and management of the volleyball referee training system,To provide reference for the relevant organizations for the development of volleyball referees to obtain objective and scientific understanding to provide a basis.After collecting the questionnaire survey data and analyzing the research and interviewing experts,it is found that the present situation,satisfaction and demand status of the volleyball referees in Hebei Province have the following characteristics:(1)the number of national and international volleyball referees in Hebei province Scarce,referee participation in training less enthusiastic.(2)Hebei volleyball referee training selection mechanism exists loopholes,young,grassroots and other referees less chance of training.(3)Hebei volleyball referee training time is not fixed,irregular,less training to carry out.(4)Hebei Province volleyball referee training content in the practical part of the focus more on the spot ability training,but the actual operation still can not meet the current needs of the referee.(5)Hebei volleyball referee teachers are limited to domestic and provincial experts,less foreign exchange,resulting in relatively closed training content.
