Master of Education, a kind of professional degree with occupational background of teacher, is built for basic education to train the in-service teachers and administrative personnel from elementary and high schools. The high professional standards of master students in education will promote the development of our country and the improvement of the national quality. The diversified learning styles constructed in our research will help to make their learning more effective and professional quality improved.Firstly, through questionnaire survey and interview, the author finds out the learning features and demands of master students in education. After analyzing the findings, we know that their learning aims are definite, learning awareness active, learning methods flexible, learning contents integrated, learning styles diversified, and that their learning space and time are expending. By studying for taking the professional master's degree in education, they intend to meet their needs of job security, higher professional title and promotion, occupational planning, colorful life, professional development, the improvement of life value and better learning conditions, etc..Secondly, after studying the related literature, we give the definition of learning style, analyze its features and divide it into different categories. Master students in education are special learners. Their learning styles usually have the features such as diversification, initiative, independence, uniqueness, sociability, experience, problem solving and integrity. According to the learning features, learning demands and the features of learning styles, the author divides the learning styles of master students in education into eight categories: case-based learning style, problem-based learning style, dialogue-based learning style, situated learning style, experiential learning style, self-directed learning style, web-based learning style and project-based learning style.Then, we study the definitions, features and modalities of the eight learning styles. As for the application of each learning style, we give living examples to describe the real situation and analyze the effect of it.Finally, by integrating the eight learning styles, we construct the diversified learning styles for Master of Education.
