In the tide of the development of the market-oriented economy in our country,"sports industry" appeared. In nearly 20 years, along with the society, economy and other various aspects, sports industry is showing a good situation. But overall, the sports industry is still at the primary stage in China.From the current development situation, sports goods industry is in the highest degree of marketization, sports game industry second, and the sports media industry, the sports intermediary industry etc is guaranteed rarely. And sports game industry is the subject of sports industry and the pillar, simultaneously has guiding roles to other sports industry development. Especially in professional sports, its socialization, marketization, industrialization is in the higher degree. For example in CBA, the China basketball association issued policies of the security content, gave priority to the development of CBA,played a certain role.Compared with the developed countries,especially NBA,professional leagues in China are all need improvement and perfection in the event organization, media communication, business operations, and so on. Therefore, it still needs to make other aspects of policy added,in club reform, evaluate league intangible assets, dredging channels,and use talent mediums ext.Although industrialization road is difficult, long, with numerous, but as long as uncertainty in the sports industry policies under the correct guidance and security, China must be able to create some real sports industry brand, which with international competitiveness and core influence.
