| This article elaborates the theory of Robert J. Sternberg's Successful Intelligence systemic and thorough. The author thinks people's successful intelligence includes analytical intelligence creative intelligence and practical intelligence. If the three components integrate in different combination and different strength in different people, people will express different intelligence types .To exposure the competency model of Prospective Chemistry Teachers by a survey, we divided them into four types, such as: analytical, creative, practical and integrated chemistry.The status of chemistry experiment in the new curriculum has been improved substantially. It has a pivotal role to cultivate students, successful intelligence (analytical intelligence, creative intelligence, practical intelligence).This article assumes that there are some differences in the teaching characteristics,including method of importing new lesson ,how to tell the story, the difficulty levels of the design of experimental questions, how to deal with unexpected problems and so on. And there are differences in the experimental skills, including language skill, explanation skill, presentation skill, questioning skill, writing on the blackboard skill, ending of a class skill. There are differences in the curriculums offered by the school to train the normal skill and the expected courses offered by school. This paper obtained results by conducting on the survey of undergraduate chemistry student of Wenzhou University 2008 and rate based on score sheet about experiment teaching mainly for different intelligence type prospective chemistry teachers.According to the statistics, author analyzed their specific differences in these areas and compared their skill level in chemistry experiment microteaching. Proposed to let prospective chemistry teachers understand their strengths and weaknesses in the experimental teaching, and learn from each other to enhance their experimental teaching ability according to their success intelligence type. And school should establish a more appropriate course structure to develop their successful intelligence while training experimental teaching skills.This article analyzed and compared the differences from all aspects of different successful intelligence type Prospective Chemistry Teachers in experimental teaching. They can recognize their characteristics and their own strengths and weaknesses. It will play an important role to enhance the professional level of experiment teaching, develop Prospective Chemistry Teachers'successful intelligence. At the same time, it also has a very important guidance for how to develop the students'successful intelligence in the actual high school chemistry experiment by using successful intelligence teaching. |
