A Study On University Network Message Bulletin And The Construction Of Campus Culture

In the unlimited Internet virtual world, as the largest Chinese searching and exchanging community, the Baidu Network Message Bulletin has provided a broad space for the students to achieve equal, free and democratic right of voice. Students are free to express their will, carry out emotional catharsis, exchange information, adjust their psychological condition and make a confession in the Network Message Bulletin. However, there are too much freedom of speech and behavior in the Network Message Bulletin, and the phenomenon also reflects that the ideological and moral situation of college students in some of the universities is a worrying situation currently. At the same time, this situation has seriously affected the construction of a harmonious campus culture. Therefore, seeing ideological and political education as the starting point, information ethics as the theoretical support, aiming the Network Message Bulletin as the research object, the goal of this article is to promote advanced campus culture. Based on the analysis of the current ideological and moral state of the university students, we find the source of the problem. We used references analysis, random samples, interviews, questionnaires and other methods, and used charts, examples and other forms to discuss. The efforts go to resolving the ethical problems in the university Network Message Bulletin. Hope that through the specific measures offered to the society, universities, educators and young students to comprehensively and systematically improve bad atmosphere in some of the university Network Message Bulletin and finally try our best to create a new situation of"promoting healthy thoughts and improving new style"within universities.This article is divided into five major parts. The first part is an introduction, describing the background, significance, methods, current situation and creative points of the research. The first chapter concerns the analysis of the current status of the University Network Message Bulletin. First, we give an overview of the concept, content, characteristics and problems of university Network Message Bulletin. Second, we analyze the positive and negative effects of the Network Message Bulletin on the students'ethical construction. The second chapter is the analysis on the causes of the problems in the university Network Message Bulletin in reality and in culture. We analyze the real root from the perspective of network, schools, educators, students. For the cultural roots, we focus on certain deficiencies of the he construction of campus culture reflected in university Network Message Bulletin. The third chapter sought separately to provide some constructive measures and proposals for society, schools, educators and students to improve the environment of the Network Message Bulletin, strengthen the cyber-cultural development, foster a harmonious campus culture. Finally we make a brief summary of the above and at the same time, state the problems encountered in the research.As long as all sides strengthen their sense of responsibility, with some supervision, certain regulatory guidance and direction, it will be just around the corner that the problems of the Network Bulletin are solved. On this platform, which allows students to speak freely and democratically, there will be young students'buds of thinking blooming.
