| The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made it the fundamental task of education,and the construction of network culture in colleges and universities is of great significance to the cultivation of talents.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that online public opinion work should be the top priority of propaganda and ideological work.Whether colleges and universities can master the dominance and voice of online positions is an inevitable requirement and impetus for the implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on cyber power.The necessary guarantee for the prosperity of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics is an effective way to strengthen and improve ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Since the Ministry of Education launched the trial work of college network culture construction,it has put forward a series of requirements for college network culture construction.Based on the relevant statistical data of China Internet Information Center,this article analyzes the current situation of network usage and the construction of network culture in colleges and universities.According to the relevant documents issued by the Ministry of Education on the construction of network culture in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the problems of the network culture in colleges and universities in four aspects: content construction,position construction,working mechanism construction,and team construction.On the basis of following the guiding principles,practical principles and the rule of law,the specific path for the construction of university network culture is constructed around four aspects:enriching content,strengthening the position,optimizing the team and promoting mechanism,and constructing a complete network culture construction process of universities.In-depth understanding of the current status of network development and university network culture construction,and exploring the realization path of university network culture construction is not only based on the requirements of the current era,but also focusing on the long-term consideration of improving the quality of network education. |
