Human resource is the most important resources which is so-called"No.1 resource". The investigation and management of human resource is to mostly develop its potential so that great advantages can be taken from that. Whatever the sport is, the investigation and management of human resource should be embodied for surviving and developing. There is no exception for skiing which has been rising quickly. The level of its coaching investigation and management, to a large extent, decides the development of skiing. The research is based on the skiing coaching investigation and management so that problems can be found and countermeasures can be forwarded.This paper makes a deep research on the skiing coaching investigation and management of human resource, by using the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and experts'interview. The research's object is some set skiing coaches. The results show: 1.Four aspects, selecting,working,training and keeping-talents should be the process of skiing coaching investigation and management. 2. The agestructure of skiing coaches is of imbalance. Skiing coaches are young. In the aspect of sex structure, men are more than women. In the aspect of academic degree structure, coaches who are under Bachelor Degree are more than those who are above it. Academic degree structure is imbalanced. In the aspect of technical grade, few coaches get certificates. On the contrary, majorities are coaching without certificates. In the aspect of motivation, way of encouraging is single, mainly based on spiritual motivation. In the aspect of training, few people take training courses. The aim of training is to improve technical skills and enrich technical knowledges.3,The influencing factors of skiing coaching investigation and management of human resource are policies and economy.4,The problems of skiing coaching investigation and management of human resource exist in: ways of training and unreasonable training contents; unsatisfying laws and regulations; no good use of keeping methods and instable team.As is mentioned above, countermeasures are provided, selecting processes be regulated and teams be strutted; training systems be polished, and quality of coaching be improved;skiing coaches'managing systems be polished;encouraging mechanisms be enhanced, and good keeping-talents environments be created. servicing qualities of coaching be improved, and skiing coaching jobs are good promoted.
