Objective: This study is to Explore kinematic features of first class swimmers'track start in our college, and by finding characteristics of each technical aspect to make diagnosis and analysis of track start from kinematics point of view to identify advantages and weaknesses of the technology. in order to understand the substance of track start technology and take example for further enhancing the level of swimming in our college. Methods: This paper adopts video capture, image analysis and mathematical statistics methods etc., to make kinematic analysis of track start, by researching 9 first class athletes of swimming team in Shenyang Institute of Physical Education. This research uses United States ARIEL image analysis system and gets relatively complete operating time, displacement, velocity, angle and other parameters of all parts. Results: Although the preparatory postural stability is high having a small perspective degree to platform and horizontal speed is faster from the platform, angle into the water is big and horizontal speed loss too much, which is not conducive to act interface after entering into the water.Findings:1,Before 7 meters of the starting, the achievements of our swimmers are close to the top eight average score compared to the 13th world championships in Rome 2009. While after into the water for 10 meters and 15 meters there is a certain gap between the results, which is to say, although the starting achievements reach the advanced level, there is still insufficient points in speed maintaining and convergence of technology after into the water.2,In preparatory position, feet are set front and back, supporting point occupies a big area and has a lower center of gravity with high stability. But the projection point of center of gravity is behind to the platform edge, thus long time stagnation is not conducive to quick start.3,At destage period, hand pulling effect is obvious, strong feet stamping strength, quick and powerful treading can quickly destroy body balance. Rapid forward leading can produce rapid forward speed of and tread-off angle. gravity trajectory curve height is stable, with light float up or down, it can help maintain a good speed level. But with the active legs stretching, the athletes'gravity center shows great fluctuations in the vertical direction. This indicates our first class athletes'technology at destage period was not stable and need to be further strengthened.4,Weak technology of vacating into water lies in long vacating time, long vacating gap, slow vacating. And the angle into the water is big and horizontal velocity loser too much. This shows that our athletes cannot control the body posture and water angle is too large, which results in too deep water diving and is not conducive to the next action interface.Suggestions:1,As a swimmer, in order to fast start and overcome the weaknesses of long time stagnation,he or she should improve the preparatory position location of the center of gravity, shorten the horizontal displacement on the platform, adjust reasonable knee angle, and give full play to hands pulling effects and leg stamping strength,2,while maintaining horizontal high speed from the platform. in order to obtain better vacate the distance, swimmers should enhance training of tread angles to the platform, control center of gravity perpendicular to the direction of upper and lower fluctuations3,Also,in order to reduce the horizontal velocity loss, swimmers should enhance strength training focusing on waist, upper limb and back muscle strength, strengthen vacated body posture, maintain good streamline, and control angle into the water...
