As the economy of our country develops rapidly, developing vocational education hasbecome the important strategic decision in our country's educational reform and development.The higher vocational education can train technicians who will serve to every business. Bythis, the company's need of highly skilled personnel can be satisfied.So, every highereducation school pays much attention to cooperation with company in the era wheretechnology and economy relate closely. Adopting what kind of school-company cooperationmode for the higher vocational school has become a subject which should be investigateddeeply. In this subject, we should discuss how to promote the school's development, how toreflect school's characteristic and how to train higher appropriate technicians to contributeshare in economical development. By the contrast between foreign countries'matureschool-company cooperation mode and our country's study in this area, this paper discussesthe related problems in school-company cooperation. Nowadays, there are many problems inthis kind of cooperation in our country, including thought problem, external policy problem,cooperative process problem and so on. These issues lead to the cooperation resting on thelow level.In order to train appropriate technicians and use other countries'advancedexperience as a source of reference, we need to make good use of different resource andenvironment from school, company and government education department.At this time, Withthe government's platform to enable schools and businesses closer together.Thus, vocationalschool can train appropriate applied technicians in every industry to realize all-win.
