Analysis On The Returns Ratio And Influencing Factor Of China's Education

Education is the most important way of human capital investment, which promotes social politics, economy, culture advancement and core developing strength. To ensure continuous education investment, it must guarantee the realization of the existing education investment income. Educational returns ratio is the index for measuring the education investment, which has an important meaning in studying education yields, not only can the returns ratio measure education on economic development, reflect the influence degree of the efficiency of resource utilization, the educational impact on income distribution, but also can be used to judge labor configuration efficiency. Education yields decision process is a complicated process researching on the decision making process of the education yields, its forming mechanism, exploring how to improve our education yields formulated relevant policies should provide reasonable suggestions to improve the economic efficiency, finally realizes the economic and social stable health development.In this paper the method adopts an education in current China, after reviewing the research results and determine this paper mainly model and variable basis, using micro survey data, using Eviews 5.0 measuring software with least-squares regression to estimate the boxer education in yield. This paper not only estimate our overall education yields, also studied the differences between education yields, sex differences and age difference, etc. This paper mainly studied the factors affect education yields and conduction mechanism, and divide will these factors into employment options factors and employment status factors in the analysis of these two levels, the influence factors on education yield in China during the education yields is to seek the influence root cause and put forward some Suggestions.This paper is divided into six parts. The introduction section analysis this paper's background significance, the main method innovation and deficiencies. The first chapter of education yields summarizes research results at home and abroad and sorting from a theoretical perspective. The second chapter of this paper mainly used by improving Ming psaltery equation, variable selection, sampling database and sample characteristic to explain. The third chapter basically estimates China's overall education yield and the time series of comparative analysis. The fourth chapter discusses the means of obtain employment, industry, administrative levels, enterprise ownership, different employment region, age, sex education of our country, and the seven variables reasons of influencing the yields. This paper will be divided the seven factors above employment options factors and employment status factors into two layers, which were summarized by overall OLS regression analysis in China and finding pointing out the existing problems of education yields; Chapter 5 education yields on our existing problems, and proposes the countermeasures.
