Human resources for the development of economic and social effect has been more than physical capital,human resource has become the most important resource in all resources.Education is the important way of human capital investment,and promotes social development and one of the important power of push the economy forward.Continue for a long time to maintain education investment behavior,must prove that the existing education investment behavior is benefit.Education yield is the measure of education investment is very important for the study of education yields has meaning: first,education yields can be used to measure the education degree of impact on economic development;second,the education yields can reflect labor resources;the education yields can be judged education affect income.Education yield calculation is a complex procedure,which is influenced by many factors.Xinjiang is composed of complex ethnic composition,and the regional economic differences,so the Xinjiang minority nationality education yields,formation mechanism,probe into its decision process and be able to return on how to improve education in Xinjiang put forward reasonable countermeasures and Suggestions,improve the economic benefits,achieve stable economic and social development in Xinjiang.This article adopts the method of empirical study,the authors refer to "the Chinese general social survey(CGSS)" questionnaire,formed the trial in the Xinjiang region of Xinjiang residents education yields questionnaire,to Xinjiang residents as the research object,through door for residents' personal basic situation,education experience and income in the investigation.In combing the domestic and foreign education yield model on the basis of the research status and the selected variables,use Eviews software measurement using bright income model to estimate the residents of Xinjiang education yields,but also studied education yields of the differences between different groups,etc.Estimation results showed that Xinjiang residents between different gender,women education yields higher than male;Between different ethnic groups,ethnic minority education yields higher than that of the Han nationality education yields;Between ethnic minorities to accept different education mode,the bilingual teaching education yields higher than the people read Chinese education yields higher than the people the people education yields;Between urban and rural areas,urban education yields higher than rural education yields;Between different regions,northern Xinjiang education yields higher than that of southern Xinjiang.On the basis of the conclusion,this study from two aspects: education and employment put forward countermeasures and Suggestions to improve residents' education yield in Xinjiang.This study to estimate of the Xinjiang ethnic minority education yield,can be used as the Xinjiang minority on whether individual education investment decision criteria,as the government and national regulation based on the guidance of education resources allocation proportion as Xinjiang minority education policy formulation and modification of references.Through a variety of behavior of individual and society,improve the education of the Xinjiang minority nationality yield,not only promote the development of ethnic minority individuals,there are also benefits the stability of Xinjiang unity and the prosperity of the motherland.
