Study On Evolvement Of CBO In Xin Jiang Competition Area Of China

Xinjiang is the biggest national district area and located on the west economy development region of China. There was a bigger margin from other developed cities in basketball games or exercises. The research is according to geography district in Xinjiang to carry on an investigation through a questionnaire for totally 250 athletes who was attending "He Long Cup" CBO Chinese basketball open tournament and make statistics. Meanwhile mass basketball open tournament data was collected in Xinjiang. To investigate a result by experts interview face on face or telephone for analyzing and find an effectively resolve path and method to the existent problem reasonable. We got conclusion as follows:(1) The athletes who participating 2009 CBO in Xinjiang have same age stage as who participate a basketball game. The age of 26-35 is majority who attend a public set of competition. Players attend an Older-class is minority participating a set compete of open; Minority athletes with large margin than Han, most participants are Han as principle. Players education level are higher, most with university or undergraduate course educational background above, and have certain basketball foundation; Players are assemble on the business unit, officers and workers in company and teacher get limited on somewhere, doctors and students'portion is smaller than others; The income of players is less than economic flourishing region in the whole country and influenced to participate CBO aggressive in some aspects.(2) Coaches age of CBO open tournament in Xinjiang distribute reasonable, most of young coaches once accept province class coach training camp. Most Coaches have educational background including undergraduate and graduate, and get more average income. The coach member teaches time as same as age distribution, mostly as a coach for 3-5 years. Most coaches taught in business unit.(3) The publicity work of CBO in Xinjiang exists a certain problem, the strength of publicity is not wide enough and insufficiency, it mainly comes from the region which team take part in a game, and have not enough influence on region with no team take part in; The CBO is short in budget, sources are simple, greatly parts of budgets from business unit and the advertisement sponsors take small part in budgets; CBO development have certainly can keep on for years ,but Xin Jiang Tournament area of CBO is unbalance in region.
