| With the establishment of well-being society in our country, disabled people as the member in China has been paid more attention. Chinese disabled people's sport is a further influencing project of social civilization which reflects the humanistic care. Football movement is called"the first game in the world", disabled people's football game is the important part of disabled people's sports. Deaf people is occupied a large proportion in disabled people, so that the deaf people's football game is the important part of disabled people's football movement. At present, our country's deaf people's football movement takes development slowly. In the view of the importance in the project, we have to find the reason that restricts factors development and get the solutions. Therefore, carrying on deaf people's football games is beneficial for contributing to de development of disabled people's sports and celebrating sports of our country. It is the one way to make social development harmoniously.This paper uses literature, questionnaire, expert interview, logical analysis, statistics, etc to take questionnaire and interview 158 deaf football players and coaches and team leaders of 11 football teams who took part in the 12th deaf-mute Olympic Games and get the situation of the natural conditions of deaf football player, knowledge structure, job status, economic resources, participation in sports purposes, the degree of support the family, sick reason, training time, training methods, training time, etc. coaches the knowledge structure, training grants, whether full-time coach, life coaching, etc. management of funding, the reserve team building, basic scientific research and medical team to conduct questionnaires. The results showed that my younger deaf football players, students with poor and less educated, have no fixed income, employment difficulties, short training time, training facilities inadequate; coaches lack experience, need to be improved overall quality; team of insufficient funds, no construction of reserve forces No scientific research and medical support which is restrict football game's development of our country. Conclusions:(1) Deaf football players with lower educational attainment, younger age, poor physical condition, have no fixed income, the main source of income by training grants, these adverse conditions and social factors affect their own serious obstacle to the player's personal development.(2) Deaf athletes who love football and support by their families, but the training time is short, not enough time before training, inadequate training facilities, training mainly in team approach, no long-term professional training, these all factors make deaf football team training not systematic and scientific, so as to seriously affect quality and level of team training.(3) Deaf football coaches are mainly with college education for academic qualifications. They are lack of coaching expertise, professional skills, poorly paid, less directly communication with athletes, and no full-time coaches, so it is difficult to guarantee the quality of training.(4) The important factors which restrict the development of deaf people's football movements are no perfect and systematic organization and management of deaf football movement.Recommendation:(1) The relevant state government departments should improve the employment rate of persons with disabilities and ensure that income; strengthen the building of knowledge structure, and comprehensively improve the quality of athletes; expand soccer team funding to ensure sustained and healthy development of deaf football team.(2) To increase the training, time and skills to enable athletes to consolidate; training ground to be further increased.(3) To establish the system of working education and build a higher qualification, higher level and stabling coach's team.(4) Functional departments should attach importance to the reserve forces football building and research team building; improve the medical condition of facilities.
