Investigation And Countermeasure Research On The Current Situation Of School Football In Zhenjiang City

Campus football has developed unprecedentedly since it was launched in Zhenjiang primary and secondary schools in 2012.But in the improvement stage,there are a series of problems and the development is slow.Therefore,through the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates the current situation of the youth football training system and some factors of football development in Lu ang,France,and makes a comparative analysis with the current situation of the youth football training system and some factors of football development in Zhenjiang,so as to find out the existing gaps.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The current situation of campus football development in Zhenjiang City is basically in place for popularization,and there are bottlenecks in the cultivation of reserve talents.The problems mainly focus on the shortage of professional teachers,contradictions between students' learning and training,inadequate logistic support,imperfect competition system and so on.(2)By comparing the present situation of campus football in Zhenjiang City with the development of youth football in Luang area,the differences and shortcomings are found through comparing the training system,football concept,teachers,the implementation of training courses,hardware conditions,competition system and selection mechanism of youth football.According to the author's long-term frontline work experience and combined with the short-term experience of studying abroad,this paper summarizes the current situation of Zhenjiang campus football puts forward some strategies suitable for the development of Zhenjiang campus football.Suggestions are given as follows:(1)Improve the management system at all levels and unify the concept of training.(2)Strengthen the professional football teachers(3)Special funds,increase the venues and equipment(4)Develop Zhenjiang Campus Football in combination with social forces(5)Improve the competition system.
