RESEARCH PURPOSE: This paper bases on the conception, formation factors, basic theory of the Basketball's sports style, analyses the history reasons of the formation and development of Chinese Basketball sports skills. And analyses the statistical data of Chinese Men's Basketball Team's skill, which can reflect the characteristics"ACCURATE; SWIFT; ACTIVE; COMPETITIVE"of Chinese Men's Basketball Team, of the recent three Olympic Games. These statistical data includes rebound, steal, rejection, fast break, shooting average, secondary attack, fouls, lose points and so on. Through these statistical data we can know the current state of Chinese Men's Basketball Team. The article wants to provide theory reference for the further research on the skill development of Chinese Basketball, which will help this kind of sport improve rapidly.RESEARCH METHODS: Adopted the method of materials, investigations, video observations, logic analysis, and statistics. CONCLUSION:1. It is proved that the sport techniques and skills of basketball is a reflection of the achievement of the national basketball techniques and skills, which can be the good example and inspiration for the sport, and it's not only the sign of the competitive spirit, but also the instruction of the basketball training.2. Bases on the conclusion of the conception of the basketball sports style, the article supposes that the style should consist of four factors and two aspects. The two aspects include the material aspect and the spirit aspect. The four factors include the team tactics characteristic, personal skill characteristic, the style of competition and training and the physical conditions. What's more, the team tactics characteristic, personal skill characteristic, personal skill characteristic and the physical conditions belong to the material aspect; and the style of competition and training belongs to the spirit aspect.3. Chinese basket sport style is formed mainly by competitions with foreign teams, communication ,discussion and the conclusion after important basketball match. The development of the style is mainly influenced by former Soviet Union, East Europe and the NBA of America.4. The statistics from the recent three Olympic Games show that the current situations of the Chinese Men's Basketball Team are as follows: Firstly, the poor ability of offense. In other words, most players lack active and competitive spirit. Secondly, the plays have advantages in height but also have disadvantages in speed. There is a obvious lack in fast break; And thirdly, the monotonous methods and firm position lead to the lack of"accurate"and the week capacity of resisting disturbance.SUGGESTION :1. It is necessary for Chinese Men's Basketball Team to improve the skills of the strategy, develop the advantage of high. At the same time, the traditional characteristic: swift; smart; accurate can't be abandoned. More attention should be paid to the power of the defense and the development of the flexible attack strategies.2.
