At present, the total number of Chinese students studying in the United States hasreached 77,000 people, according to latest statistics from the Chinese Bureau of Statisticspredicted in 2008 in the United States in 2020, the number of students will reach 50 million.For the students,because of their different cultural backgrounds,their experience withAmerican University students in the United States experience is different,they learn andintegrate into the situation of American life,and the United States have a greater differencebetween native students.American college students have made the academic education and student managementhas a huge development, the number of American students in higher education has asignificant growth. As international students with different cultural backgrounds, theirexperience and the experience of American University students are different. Some studieshave found that international students in American universities to experience culture shocktest in order to adapt to the American campus culture. However, studies specifically forChinese students are rarelyIn this study, we selected five American Universities(Troy University, Ball StateUniversity, George Mason University, Northern Arizona University,University of NorthCarolina at Pembroke)and six Chinese universities(Xi'an University of Science andTechnology, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Xi'an ShiyouUniversity, Soochow University, Nanjing Normal University, Shandong University atWeihai)for the study. Thesis on the first full summary of previous research literature basedon the research requirements, defined the relevant research variables, this study establishedthe basic ideas and assumptions. Based on in-depth discussion, this study designs the questionnaire, and repeated testing gradually revised and improved testing, randomly selectedsample of empirical research. Finally, based on the conclusions drawn by the "1 +2 +1"program evaluation and study-related benefits of specific measures proposed.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)1 +2 +1 program outweigh the costs.(2)the student is not only just graduated fromtwo universities, they also achieved their goal, winning a global perspective, learn Englishand for them to have a better future to prepare.(3)the 1 +2 +1 program students by attendinglearned a lot of sense, especially in leadership, teamwork, and discussion skills to win theself-efficacy and confidence.(4)English language skills in Chinese academic and socialsuccess of students and cultural integration has played a very important role in the success ofthe project to get English skills are very important(. 5)on the two sides involved in the projectis beneficial to the Universities.(6)The United States did not fully make good use of thecampus presence of Chinese students, many American students and teachers with theopportunity to contact had failed.
