It is a comparative study of childhood education's lawsand policies among the United States,Japan and China. First-ly, the anthor looks back the history of childhood education'slaws and policies in the three courtry. Secondly the authorcompares the three courtry's laws and policies, and finds theyhave some similarities and difference. At last, basing On theabove, the author studies the advantage of the United Statesand Japan's childhood education's laws and policies, thenpoints the problems of laws and policies in China, and puts for-ward some suggestions: (1) Develope the system of childhoodeducation's laws and policies. (2) Give childhood educationnecessary finance aid policies. (3 ) Implement the laws andpolicies on teacher's continual education. (4 ) Reinforce thepolicy instruction of connection between family and kinder-garten.
