With the continuous development of society, industrial society urbanization is a necessary process in each country. United States has been leading the international community, but also a multi-ethnic, multi-ethnic country migrants, migrant children education in the history of American education development occupies an important one. Our country since the early eighties reform and opening up, the pace of urbanization continues to accelerate, the scope of the more widely, of social progress in this process, the floating population is a special group, in the " knowledge to change the fate of the " New century, a variety of education of migrant children is gradually exposed to the public, which is the urbanization of social and economic development has brought problems in education performance.The main structure of the paper consists of five parts.The first chapter is American history and current situation of migrant children's education, the education of migrant children the US to sort out. The second chapter is the United States to promote the education of migrant children equity initiatives. It is analyzed from two aspects of the power of government and non-government, to clarify the promotion of migrant children education fair specific policies and actions. The third chapter is the history and current situation of migrant children education. Flow children in China has its own national conditions, but also presents new problems based on different eras. The fourth chapter is the promotion of migrant children education equity initiatives. On the issue of migrant children's attention relatively late on China's migrant children from a problem the government and non-governmental actors played to sort out, identify the main crux of the problem is funding, school construction and legal policy aspects that require the government to pay more attention.The last chapter is some inspiration about solving the problem of migrant children education. First step is combing current situation of education for immigrant children and then, based on discussion and analysis of MEP,drawning four inspiration to solve our education problems of migrant children:Clear the importance of migrant children education, improve the development and implementation of education laws and regulations, Bian take a variety of ways by financing investment to strengthen the government and social forcesThe root cause of migrant children education is that the development of national economy,and urban construction is fast,however related support systems failed to good convergence.Combined with the current situation of immigrant children education, improve government functions, as provide migrant children education policies, laws and regulations of the times is a priority to protect our rights and interests of migrant children.
