Test anxiety is controlled by the factors of evaluation cognitive abilities of individual, personality trend and the other body and heart activated under certain cognitive situation with the feature of basic anxiety, which is a heart situation shown through mood reaction in some degree based on the action mode of protection or avoiding. There are much study on the item of test anxiety at home and abroad. In general, it is a anxiety with realistic and objective. The excessive test anxiety has a negative affection on study achievement and health of body and dropped or raised by the relevant.The scholars abroad have researched a lot how to drop down the test anxiety. However, the middle school studies less in the anxiety prevention and relief instruction method. In order to research effective mode in the group instruction of school, we have done six months experiment with use 'self-Measure Gauge' written by Zheng Richang, a psychologist in China. Based on the test students 136 from grade 3, Junior Middle School and 115 from Senior Middle School, Zhanjiang 20* Middle School of Guangdong Province. We instructed some students at random and test anxiety before and after instruction.The study uses remarkable difference analysis and relevant accounting method to analyse anxiety level, change condition and study achievement relationship. Something is found: (l)The test anxiety of sudents of Grade 3 senior middle school is more than Grade 3, Junior middle school, but only a little difference between female and male students,Grade 3, Junior middle school and remarkable difference in Grade 3, senior middle school before instruction. (2) The test anxietyI idropped down greathly, of which, female was more dropping than male in Grade 3, senior middle school after instruction. (3)The test anxiety drops down and study achievement raises after instruction. The experiment has proved that the group instruction takes a great role in dropping test anxiety and improving study achievement in examination. From the above, a few suggestions are given:1.Society, schools and families must realize harm to people form test anxiety. Make the environment good, relax for the students.2.Pareuts, teachers and students should adjust expecting level, to consider the examination correctly.3.Strengthen the direction before examinations, improving the technique of test.4.Pay much attention to the education of psychology, to train for good personality, so that the students can grow up complete.
