Dr. Tian Maijiu, the famous expert of sports training, says that load is the core party in sports training so training can't be without load. But, literature reviews show that at present, there are tens of definitions of training load in sports training field domestic and abroad, which can be classified into three basic opinions: 1. Training load is stimulus. 2.training load is feeling. 3.training load is information. Also, for the methods of the evaluation and control of load of sports training, I have classified three types from several classic methods. First, experiential evaluation, from the subjective experience of the coach or athletes; second, general statistical method, from the physical process of external movements and behaviors; third, physiological and physical-chemical ways, from the analysis of the enginery changes of internal conditions of the body in sports training.On the basis of the analysis of these literary materials, this project is carried out from philosophical, theoretical, and technological levels. Firstly, the General Information View of trainings load is established through logical thinking and systematic analysis; secondly, a methodology of synthesis and integration is developed upon the theories of General Information View, i.e. the systematic simulation of sports. At last, I have made some explorations in the practice of the project, that is, the design of the simulation system of physique dominated event-group's training load.At the philosophical level, the General Information View of trainingload proposes an important idea that training load is the generalized information, i.e. fuzzy information. This view denies the traditional mode that uses the property (such as stimulus and feeling) and external appearance (such as degree, weight, density of hermetic lactic acid, etc) of training load to define concepts. Instead, this view defines training load as information, on which it has exceeded the traditional view. The value of this advantage lies in several aspects: first, it serves as a theoretical guidance leading the study of sports training science from the surface level to a deepened level approaching to its essence just like the understanding of substance is advancing from molecular level to atomic level. Secondly, it will lead the study of training load to unity and accuracy in practice. More important, it will provide theoretical basis for the applications of new methodologies and technologies.At the theoretical level, following General Information View, the process of sports training is regarded as the processes of collection, storage, management and control of information. The collection of information is that using certain techniques or ways to transfer and transport information concerning the subjects and objects of sports training to the storage and management systems; the storage of information is to establish the information data base; the management of information is to translate data into the expressions of General Information mode; the control of sports training is to design strategies according to the data and the changes in training process, and to apply to the objects of training. And what must be mentioned is that the leading position of human being should not denied in the construction of the theoretical framework, instead, the construction of the whole system follows the disciplines of the Complex System and is based upon the mood of human-computer system. Well known for its effectiveness and economy, the systemic simulation system in sports training will be given great focus as an important technology.In practice, this project has developed the simulation system of physique dominated event-group's training load based on the training of 10 young athletes of sports training school for youngsters in Minhang district, Shanghai and the training plan of their coach, Comrade Jin Xin.
