The development of network provides a new way to education. Not only offering technique guarantee for long-range education and lifelong education, but also getting rise to the revolution of education theory, namely the change from the teacher-centered teaching and studying activities to the student-centered ones. People are paying more and more attention to this kind of new education method, with the characteristics of teaching environment and goodly reciprocity. But in actual network education application, there are not so many high-qualified network courses. One of the main reasons is the lack of systematic specialized research on the construction of network courses. Therefore, this paper expects to study such aspects.This paper emphasize on the theoretical basis of the construction of network courses, that is, the constructive theory. First of all, the connotation of network courses is stated and differentiated from the network courseware, and the teaching characteristics of network courses are analyzed. On the premise of full investigation, the current situation and problems of network courses are profoundly analyzed in our country. On the basis of the comparison among theory schools supporting web-based education, the development principles of network courses are presented, and the general steps of network courses development are described from analysis, design, development, evaluation, issuance and dependence, as well as the problems in each step. Then, the cooperative learning environment design and the intellectual network courses construction supported by constructivism theory are specially analyzed. Based on the explanation of the web-based cooperative learning characteristics, the design of the problem-based cooperative learning model and the coordination between the physical environment and man are put forward in the network. In the intellectual design of network courses , the importance of the introduction of Agent and its characteristics are discussed, the multi-Agent system thinking is grafted and the Agent-based long-range education model is produced, with the analysis of the teacher Agent module, the student module and the management module. Based on all the above, the total design of network courses system on Business Accounting is made, and the system structure is divided, the system column is configured, meanwhile, the realization of the basic functional modules is researched in detailand some resourced codes are attached.
