This paper applies the development model of network course based on the theory of role analysis,and designs and develops the course of "Accounting Training",which describes the development process of "Accounting Training" course for middle vocational education accounting students.After a semester,the application effect of the course is analyzed by questionnaire and interview.It is found that the overall application effect of the network course is good,but there are some problems that need to be improved and perfected continuously.Combined with the relevant literature research,the author design and development based on the role of the theory of "accounting training" network courses,management-real one,to enhance the comprehensive professional ability of students,is to solve the vocational education "accounting training" teaching a new way.The article is divided into four parts:The first part introduces the research background,purpose and significance,research design and literature review.The goal of training in vocational education is to cultivate the skilled talents who meet the needs of China's economic and social development.Based on the current situation of domestic and international accounting practice,this study takes the advanced educational theory as the guide and applies the vocational education based on the role analysis under the network environment condition.Curriculum development model,design and development of "accounting training" course,the effective combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills to improve the comprehensive professional competence of accounting students,try to meet the curriculum reform to meet the needs of the community of skilled talent for accounting professional training Teaching to provide new methods.The second part introduces the design and development of network course based on role theory"Accounting training" network curriculum design to adapt to the objectives of vocational education training,from the practical and feasibility considerations,relying on the classroom to send course platform,design and development of the "accounting training" network courses.Curriculum development follows the concept of "ability-based" curriculum,emphasizes the internalization and application of the ability of learning subject through practice,mainly carries on the demand analysis based on role theory from the aspects of role characteristics,role typical activities,occupation knowledge and learner's characteristics;The characteristics of the characteristics and typical characteristics of the analysis,based on the existing knowledge classification and professional activities of the organizational structure of the development model given in the knowledge analysis method for knowledge analysis;on the basis of knowledge analysis form the curriculum content framework;To organize the course content of the project as the carrier of the project.Through the "task release,knowledge preparation,work plan,work implementation,job summary,acceptance evaluation",let the students understand the complete work in the comprehensive situation designed by the project as the carrier Process,access to the corresponding knowledge and skills,so as to cultivate both the accounting professional knowledge,but also to adapt to accounting jobs,with a certain ability to work and coordination to meet the needs of employers of skilled accounting professionals.The third part: the application of "accounting practice" network course analysis.This course is open to teachers and students,and uses one semester time to analyze the application effect of "accounting training" network course based on the role theory in the practice teaching through field investigation,questionnaires and interviews.The overall evaluation of the network curriculum is good,that the use of "accounting training" network course teaching,changing the traditional practice of teaching methods;change the students rely on the teacher's learning model;reduce the strength of teaching;innovative teaching methods,rich teaching Form;to stimulate the enthusiasm of students to learn,initiative,and effectively improve the quality of teaching practice teaching.Part IV: Summary of this study.Summed up the conclusions of the study,pointed out the lack of research.Based on the role of the theory of "accounting training" network courses applied to the vocational education accounting professional training teaching,to stimulate students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning,auxiliary accounting training to improve the effectiveness and quality of training,so that students formed a Professional areas of the future professional role of cognitive and value recognition,of course,design also presents some problems,such as network course navigation is not clear,learners can not quickly access the learning path;curriculum design design,etc.,we will be in the process of application Continuous improvement and improvement.In the face of the new situation and requirements of the development of accounting information in China,we will make a useful exploration by cultivating a large number of highly skilled and skilled talents who have cultivated a large number of talents by constantly exploring new methods,summing up new experiences and innovating.
