The Innovation Of Colleges And Universities' Moral Training In Background Of Globalization

More than 150 years ago Marx and Engels raised the theory -globalization, now it has become the trend of the world development and the main character of this era. Globalization mainly refers to the globalization of economy, but it also deeply influences politics, culture and social life. It is a process created by all the people around world who leap over the boundary of country and state to communicate with each other, connect with each other, influence with each other, co-operate with each other and join each other. It influences all the aspects of our country and social life. Research of Globalization is just unfolding, and so is moral training of colleges and universities. Globalization is not only the background that moral training must face, and also the educational content to which moral training must pay attention. It brings chances to the moral training of colleges and universities, at the same time it brings great challenges. The influence has caused the attention of Central Committee Of The Communist Party Of China and educational department of all levels. Moral Trainers has speeded up the research of moral training of universities and colleges in the background of globalization. This article begins with the analyze of the social and historical problem in the Marx And Engel's Proclamation of Communist Party and Ideology Of Germany, and then discusses the origin, intrinsic quality and influence over our country's moral training of colleges and universities. This article analyzes the insufficient of colleges and universities' moral training-the one-sidedness goal of moral training doesn't meet the diversity demands of talented people under the background of globalization, the emptiness of moral training's content doesn't fit the changeability of social life, the inflexibility of moral training method doesn't suit the particularity of university students thought development. So this article points out the innovation of moral training of colleges and universities. 1. We should establish the multi-level moral training system which can face the trend of globalization. This system must reflect the character of socialism, at the same time it must reflect the diversity demands of talented people in this trend. We must try to realize the unification among basic aim, leading aim and the highest aim.2. We should build the moral training content system which suits the features of globalization. This system must be popular, and must explore the traditional moral resource and reflect the actual life.3. Innovate the moral training method, which suits the rule of university student's thought development in the background of globalization. We should concern people, respect character and try to communicate with students instead of single input; we must make full use of modern devices, and we must use all kinds of disseminative method instead of preaching. We should pay attention to the establishment of covert course, and we must transform our teaching from in-class teaching to teaching of multi-direction influences. We must strengthen the research of moral training tactics and make our moral training method artistic and skillful.
